Albert Smith Signs was commissioned to work in partnership with ADCO Constructions to manufacture and install the latest Woolworths corporate signage design at the recently opened store at Racecourse Rd Ascot, Queensland. It’s the next generation store, a premium offering for a premium area!
Albert Smith Signs manufactured and installed the corporate building signs on all elevations. The interior entry statement is 12m in length on an ACM background with 975mm Permasign building letters fixed to the ACM and illuminated with ASTech low voltage LED’s. The exterior identification statement building letters are 12mm opal acrylic fixed to the existing timber building cladding.
The design ‘theme’ of horses is a perfect fit for the proximity of the centre to Doomben and Eagle Farm racecourses. The ‘racing horses’ above the interior entry statement are 3M vinyl cut graphics in a metallic bronze colour. The ‘perforated horses’ are a laser cut perforated design, on 3mm aluminium panels in night sky colour, fitted to the building frames. The eye catching ‘digital horses’ are digitally printed vinyl graphics – in black and white applied to existing building backgrounds.
