Watpac, as the managing contractor partnered with us as full service sign makers to manufacture and install the external corporate signage for Accor’s additions to their airport hotels.
The external building signage consist of Illuminated sky signs and wall mounted and suspended building signs.

A design challenge with the sky signs was the requirement to be installed in front of existing architectural louvres without fixing to them. We designed custom steel mounting brackets to sleeve between the louvres, to hold letter mounting rail, fixed to structural steel columns. The individual letters were fabricated aluminium with moulded acrylic faces overlaid with digitally printed perforated vinyl and illuminated with ASTech LED’s.
The Pullman and Ibis logos were fabricated aluminium with illuminated digitally printed vinyl flex faces.
The suspended entry signs were also manufactured from fabricated aluminium with fully fabricated internal framing and custom laser cut steel base plates to suit angled awning.
